queries on our returns and exchange policy.

Kushadri.com is committed to ensuring full satisfaction with the merchandise
you have ordered from us.
Customer should reach out within 48hrs of delivery along with the image
(Post 48 hours we will not be able to entertain any complaints). If the
damage is reported within 48 hours; Kushadri will take action accordingly.
Any cancellations of orders will be accepted within 10-12 hours of order
placement.
Once the Customer has cancelled the order, a refund will be initiated within
2-4 working days.

At Kushadri.com, we offer an Exchange for a product if somehow the delivered
product is damaged. Videos and Pictures of the product are mandatory.
However,
chances of a damaged delivery are very rare because all our products are
packed with
utmost care and premium packaging material.
We do not provide reverse pick-up services. The package needs to be sent
back to us by the customer.
Steps for Exchange of Product-
1. For exchanges – please drop us an email to info@kushadri.com with your
original order number along with details of the exchange.
2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us on the
following address (please do keep the original invoice inside the
box) Return Address: K- 1505 HAWELIA VALENCIA HOMES GREATER
NOIDA WEST 201306.
3. Our team will confirm with you once we receive the courier and confirm
the Exchange.
4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no
additional courier charges.

Modification of Terms and Conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy:

www.kushadri.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any
prior notification.
